What is IncluTOUR?
IncluTOUR is an IATA and ATOL bonded travel operator. We are an independent affiliated of 360 Private Travel, a member of Virtouso and preferred partners to many of the worlds leading luxury hotel brands.
How long has IncluTOUR been in existence?
Inclu’s travel division was formed in December 2019. But the team behind it have more than half a century of hands-on experience at the forefront of accessible and inclusive travel. Defining the market in the frame of accessibility with the launch of Accessible Travel & Leisure in 1997, and now, with IncluTOUR, shifting the narrative, absolutely, to inclusion and by definition, the equity of travel and lifestyle opportunity and experience, for everyone.
Is Inclu Travel B2C or B2B? Both. We service requests and design bespoke leisure, MICE and corporate travel direct from customers who are disabled or those who will travel with them. And we also support independent luxury travel designers and member-only concierge services assisting them to convert accessible and inclusive travel enquiries, however complex a clients requirements may be, and wherever in the world they wish to journey.
Does IncluTOUR specialise in any particular destination or sector? No, we pride ourselves on being totally committed to realising the luxury travel ambitions and dreams of every client, wherever in the world this want to go and whatever style they aspire to – be it adventure and adrenalin, wellness and wellbeing, flop and drop beach, great journeys by rail and road, ocean cruise, private jet, city-scape or complete escape, spa or safari. Because dreams don’t stop with disability.
Who handles enquiries? We have a global network of highly respected and experienced luxury travel designers who have undertaken the IncluCare Independent Travel Designer training programme. They in turn are supported by our core concierge team to ensure, as much as is reasonably possible, that we transform oft-abandoned travel aspirations into real and landmark experiences for disabled people and those who travel with them.
